PETIÇÃO PARA A NÃO RECONFIRMAÇÃO  do diploma de desagregação de freguesias,

Dirigida à Assembleia da República Portuguesa


Nos termos da Constituição da República Portuguesa, artigos 52.º e 161.º, bem como da Lei n.º 43/90, de 10 de agosto, e suas subsequentes alterações, que regulamentam o direito de petição e a tramitação das iniciativas legislativas de cidadãos, vêm os signatários solicitar a alteração do regime

Pelos fundamentos expostos, e em nome dos princípios de justiça e equidade, os signatários vêm solicitar à Assembleia da República que proceda à alteração
